• Experience in ITSM tools like JIRA
• Experience in owning the issues and getting them resolved via liaison with respected SMEs
• Application deployment and development team support
• Handling security audits and vulnerability remediation
• Automation of system management task using shell scripting
• Monitoring & alerting implementation using tool like Grafana, AlertManager, Node Exporter
• Firewall management (Sophos, server-level rules, MAC binding)
• Network management experience in devices like routers, switches, wifi
• Experoience in taking Backup of servers and vms including files and databases
• Exposure to DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, GCP)
• Linux + Tomcat Apache
• DB knowledge & PL SQL + Cloud Backup + cloud storage
• Tomcat Apache + Linux admin
• Linux Admin + PL Sql & DB knowledge
